Let us help you to understand your reroof proposal
Take a few minutes to allow our sales representative to deliver and discuss the reroof proposal with you. I promise, you will have a much greater understanding of the project after a proposal presentation. For example, most homeowners assume a 50-year warranted roof should provide 50-years of service, but that is simply incorrect. You are more likely to get 25 or 30 years of service than 50-years. The shingle manufacturer’s material warranty is simply offering “value” for the warranty period, not a “guarantee” that the material will last that long and in most instances materials fail long before the period they are warranted for. Yet, as a GAF ELK Master Elite contractor we routinely offer the GAF System Plus extended warranty, which extends the non-prorated coverage period for single family residential structures from the standard 15 years to a full non-prorated 50 years (including materials, installation labor, & tear off costs). To learn more about warranties and other important aspects of your roofing project I encourage you to accept our invitation to present your proposal. I'm sure you will find the appointment particularly helpful with selecting a contractor, roof type, and warranty that meets your full expectations.
