Hail damages roofs in our area on June 9th

Hail storms significantly damaged many roofs in our area at around 10:30 am on June 9th. So far we have confirmed extensive damage to roofs in portions of Belton, Lenexa, Cameron, Holt, & Lawson. We expect there are other areas where hail damage has occurred in the area, but simply haven't confirmed this yet. If you suspect your roof was damaged we recommend you have us inspect the roof promptly. We provide this service at no charge and will even submit a free quote for any roofing work that may be recommended. If your damaged roof needs to be replaced, take advantage of the oportunity and get the job done right. The best way to do so is to "NOT" get in a hurry when choosing your contractor & not settle for the roofer that agrees to do the job for the amount your insurance company 1st offers to pay you for the claim. Hail damaged roofs typically don't pose the threat of leakage for many months or even years after the damage has occurred, but simply wear out sooner when damaged. I know a lot of roofing companies claim they are offering you something special when they are able to start your roof with little or no wait, but that simply means they don't have much of a demand for their services or they simply call upon every Tom, Dick, & Harry to install their roofs (sub-contract the work to laborers) as they sell jobs. Either way, logic suggests you are not getting highly skilled or highly demanded installers for your job with these types of contractors. Yes, you may have to wait a few weeks for Larry Vaught's full time employees to install your roof & yes you may have to have us assist you in getting a fair insurance settlement, but you will get the best roof your insurance company is going to buy. Or, you can save your insurance company a little money by choosing someone who can do it cheap & quick. The choice is yours, but experience tells us a lot of homeowners get some really poor service and installation when they choose the quickest and / or cheapest contractor for the job.
